First Building Maintenance Business Improvement Districts

Our Cleaning Ambassadors are responsible for the maintenance and safe upkeep of Business Improvement and Community Benefit Districts in the Bay Area. The scope of duties includes:
- Sidewalk Cleaning
- Steam Cleaning
- Graffiti Removal
- Landscaping

Safety is a high priority and our staff is trained in the appropriate response measures for any incidents that may occur.
Business Improvement Districts are a team effort; therefore, we value strong communication between Cleaning Ambassadors, Supervisors, and the District Management.
