Our on-site Operations Manager has over 16 years of experience maintaining high-rises from SF to Seattle. Our safe, highly skilled and uniformed crew strives for perfection, leaving all sites streak and footprint free. We provide commercial service as well as certain "route work" areas. We are available on a contract basis as well, for weekly, monthly/bi-monthly and quarterly service.

We specialize in high-rise and commercial facilities:

Swingstage service; using yours or we'll provide ours Bosun chair service up to 130 feet; (roughly 12 stories) 

Tucker pole/extension pole service with available deionization

Extension ladder/3 point ladder service up to 40 feet

Aerial boom lifts from 35' all the way up to 135' for difficult access points

Pressure washing; we have a hot steam van running hose all the way up to 10 stories, experienced with all types of surfaces

Gutter cleaning/clogged downspout repair, pressure flush
